quality car care since 1981. We dedicate ourselves in keeping up with today's
latest automotive technology so we can better service our customers. We
understand that your vehicle is your major investment and we carefully take care
of it as if it was our own. Customer service is a major part of why our
customers use us for their vehicle needs. We take time to explain to each of our
customers their car needs and the services that will be taken place. We are a
Napa Auto Care Collision Center and provide national benefits along with our
personal care.
About NAPA AutoCare Collision Center
As a NAPA
AutoCare Center, we follow a strict Code of Ethics so customers will know up
front what to expect. As part of this code, we pledge to:
- Have at least one current I-CAR and/or ASE-Certified
trained technician on staff
- Uphold the integrity of all members of the NAPA AutoCare
Collision Center Program
- Maintain the highest standards of the collision repair
service profession
- Be dedicated to customer satisfaction
- Obtain prior authorization and provide a price estimate
for work to be performed
- Exercise reasonable care for the customer's property
while it is in the shop's possession
- Provide a system for fair settlement of customer
complaints, should they occur
